一、 不講科學(xué)，管理粗放。有的養(yǎng)兔戶(hù)不講科學(xué)，自以為是，以散養(yǎng)為主，籠養(yǎng)為輔。這樣飼養(yǎng)方法是不科學(xué)的，獺兔是為了要皮毛，皮毛好就能多賣(mài)錢(qián)，皮毛差就少賣(mài)錢(qián)，為了減少皮毛的損害，獺兔必須進(jìn)行籠養(yǎng)，這樣才能產(chǎn)出好的皮張。有的人不注意環(huán)境衛(wèi)生，不及時(shí)清理糞便，舍內(nèi)通風(fēng)不良，氨氣過(guò)大臭氣熏天，籠底糞便發(fā)酵成堆。

三、出欄時(shí)間過(guò)早。有的養(yǎng)兔戶(hù)重?cái)?shù)量不重質(zhì)量，獺兔生長(zhǎng)在5斤以上就出售，不管毛生長(zhǎng)如何，造成出欄過(guò)早，皮毛質(zhì)量差。獺兔按要求一般飼養(yǎng)在5-6個(gè)月才能出售，這時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)而質(zhì)量越好，越高。過(guò)早出售造成皮薄韌性差，毛空而稀，望養(yǎng)兔戶(hù)要根據(jù)毛的質(zhì)量的好、壞，季節(jié)的不同，做好有計(jì)劃的出售，才能收到好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
