立体空间设计消弭场地复杂高差

Multi-dimensional spatial design

项目南临既有厦深铁路与亚公顶森林公园，整体地势呈南高北低，地块内有着三级高差。 五条轨道工程由于规划时序与条件差异，均处于不同标高：既有需要保护的现状地面铁路线和即将开工的地下轨道，又要预留空间，为未来的高架铁路进入枢纽而提供改造升级的条件。

The project is comprised of railway stations along the hillside, resulting in multiple elevation differences within the area.

同时，铁路将地块切分为南北两部分：南侧为交通设施与铁路空间，而枢纽主要进站功能与综合开发集中在北侧。 三个铁路站房、分散在地块各个方向的进出站口、割裂的城市空间，都需要通过一体化的枢纽设计进行整合连通，实现城市功能空间与铁路站点、市政配套的无缝衔接。

The Shenzhen Railway Station divides the project into southern and northern plots, where the former is mainly mountainous and the later is the TOD facilities and property development are located at. Efficient TOD planning is required to reconnect the fragmented urban spaces through infrastructure to ensure a high connectivity within the surrounding developments.

灵活生长、高效融合的规划布局

面对复杂的地面现状，团队秉持“站城一体”的理念，基于功能复合且彼此独立的布局，提出将国铁一体化、地铁换乘直接化、接驳便捷化、慢行立体化的规划策略，在交通优先下的前提下，实现国铁、地铁与上盖开发的高度融合。

In response to the complicated plot conditions, the design adopts an integrated approach, connecting national railways, subways, interchanging stations and pedestrian systems to the city, which facilitates the commercial development above the stations.

地块采用南站北城的整体格局，南侧基于轨道与接驳设施间最短换乘路径原则，围绕T型人行动线串联布局三个站房及接驳设施，通过地下南北轴与地铁无缝换乘，并构建慢行系统联通周边地块。同时团队以T型换乘结构为主要骨架，分区组织地下商业空间、公共空间与停车设施，形成以TOD为核心的枢纽空间。北侧将地面还给城市与市民活动，在流线汇聚的枢纽处，构建公共开放的城市客厅，延续城市轴线，缝合多级高差，并打通城市慢行轴线，两侧连接周边开发，实现地下联站、地上联城的站城融合。

The design places the station in the south and urban development in the north. A T-shaped pedestrian path connects three station buildings and facilities, promoting a smooth circulation and integrating underground retail and transport space with the above-ground public spaces.
