2013年4月15日，习近平要求国务院发展研究中心“打造具有中国特色的世界一流智库”，这是中国历史上第一次将“智库”的发展作为国家战略提出，是官方第一次运用“智库”一词，也开启了中国智库发展的新时代。中国和美国智库影响决策的途径和作用有何区别？中国新型智库建设面临怎样的机遇和挑战？中国的智库如何更好地与世界对话？

On April 15, 2013, Xi Jinping asked the Development Research Center of the State Council to “build a world-class think tank with Chinese characteristics.” This was the first time in Chinese history that the development of “think tanks” was proposed as a national strategy. It was also the first time that the term “think tank” in Chinese was adopted by the official government, opening a new era in the development of think tanks in China. How do think tanks in China and the United States differently influence decision making? What are the opportunities and challenges that China’s new think tanks are facing? How can China’s think tanks better communicate with the world?

讲者简介：孙超，目前担任权威期刊《中国发展观察》编委、 “一带一路”大使访谈总策划和国研智库集团副总裁（国务院发展研究中心副高级职称）。曾在美国纽约联合国总部、国际货币基金组织、《华尔街日报》华盛顿分社、哈佛大学肯尼迪学院工作和学习。
2018年7月出版中英双语著作《新秩序》，系统梳理了目前首个国家级中英双语深度访谈和国际合作项目——“一带一路”大使访谈的内容，深度对话各国驻华大使、政要和决策者们。
2008作为唯一的中国女性代表获选参加“全球女性领袖导师计划”，受到时任美国国务卿赖斯的接见，并师从世界500强时代集团有史以来首位女性主席兼CEO安·摩尔。
Speaker: Chao Sun is currently an Editorial Board Member of the journal “China Development Watch,” the Head of the “Belt and Road” Ambassador Interview Program, and the Vice President of Guoyan Culture and Media Group & Development Research Think Tank of China (senior professional title at the Development Research Center of the State Council). She has strong hands-on international working and educational experience, including at the UN, IMF, Wall Street Journal and Harvard Kennedy School.
She is the author of New Order （Bilingual）which was published in July 2018. The book is a special tribute to the “Belt and Road” Ambassador Interview Program, the first and only national-level in-depth bilingual dialogue and international cooperation program, and an active exploration of Think Tank Diplomacy. She interviewed and partnered with more than 70 leaders from foreign embassies, international organizations, and multilateral financial institutions.
She was the only Chinese female professional selected to meet with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and participated in the State Department/Fortune Global Women Mentorship program in 2008, and became the mentee of Ann S. Moore, who was the first female CEO and Chairman of Time Inc.
