On the afternoon of April 25th (local time), Sanhua Mexico Service & Management Platform (SMSMP) successfully hosted its second cross-BU open training session in Saltillo, titled “AI and RPA.” Colleagues from various business units, including Sanhua Microchannel, Sentu Electronics, and Sanhua Automotive, actively participated in the session. The training aimed to help participants understand, explore, and apply AI, while also introducing the concepts of RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

Through hands-on exercises, the training enhanced participants’ work efficiency and fostered cross-department collaboration. This session marked not only the second cross-functional group training event in Sanhua Mexico, but also the first collective learning activity focused on AI and digitalization. It represents a significant step in equipping our employees with a digital mindset and empowering them to leverage AI in both work and daily life for greater efficiency and innovation.

本次公开课以 “数字化” 为核心主题。课程设计紧贴实际需求，为员工提供了实用AI工具（如ChatGPT）的入门指导，也全面拓展了大家对智能化办公趋势——RPA（机器人流程自动化）的理解。作为三花墨西哥首场聚焦“数字化”主题、跨业务单元联合举办的公开课，平台在筹备过程中广泛收集了多个部门的真实办公场景和数字化实践案例，以贴近实际的方式切入，帮助学员更直观地理解新技术的应用价值。

本次课程的成功开展，不仅激发了员工对数字化工具的兴趣，也为未来持续推出更多数字化主题的学习项目积累了宝贵经验，奠定了良好基础。

This open class focused on the theme of digital transformation, with a curriculum designed to meet real business needs. It not only provided practical guidance on using AI tools such as ChatGPT, but also broadened employees’ understanding of intelligent workplace trends—including Robotic Process Automation (RPA). As the first cross-functional open session in Sanhua Mexico centered around digitalization, the course was thoughtfully developed with input from multiple departments, incorporating real-life examples of digital tools in action.
