Posting Title: Programme Intern

Location: Shanghai/Beijing (fulltime in-person, or partial in-person and partial online)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Support the management and delivery of UN Global Compact’s capacity building programme in China, with focus areas of sustainable development, climate action, gender equality, and innovation

● Support content localization of resources on the UN Global Compact Academy

● Support the planning and logistics of offline and online activities and events

● Support research, media analysis, content development and localization, outreach, social media and communications, and some administrative works

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

●A first-level university degree in international development, business administration, management, social science, climate action, gender studies, innovation, or a related field

●Enrolled in a postgraduate or doctor program, or last year of an undergraduate program during the whole duration of the internship

●Previous professional/internship experience in a desired field is a good add-on, especially in sustainable development and ESG
