招聘岗位：Natural Language Dialog Research Engineer（成都）

岗位职责：

• Understand in depth the dialog technology and tools behind the creation of advanced virtual assistant at Nuance. Support the transfer of the technology to product group in the China Market. Support their utilization in demos or products.

• Contribute to the creation of demos and products for China market. Support the localization of the natural language generation to Chinese.

• Contribute to Nuance core dialog technology development by fixing bugs, providing unit tests, and providing insights and solutions to practical problems faced by application developers.

任职要求：

• 3 years or more of relevant experience in complete development cycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support)

• Mandatory skills: Java, Javascript, UNIX/Linux, Windows, XML, JSON

• Strong communication skills: Mandarin and English are mandatory, other Asian languages are a plus. Training and mentoring experience is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting skills: Will need to be able to help diagnose issues and provide potential solutions.

• Familiar with multi-components and multi-tier systems communicating via http request.

• Able to design and implement applications and demos for non-technical people.

• Able to collect user feedback qualitatively and quantitatively (data mining and analysis)

• Should be able to take initiative, but also follow a plan and work well as part of a team.
