通常情况下就是用它的全称PowerPoint，

书写的时候要注意两个P大写。

另外，

提到PowerPoint一般就是特指这个软件，

也并没有说你做出来的文件可以叫PowerPoint。

我们要在PowerPoint软件里做一个演示文稿，

而不是做一个PowerPoint。

我们以在谷歌创建一个文稿为例。

在谷歌里，

它的名字已经跟PowerPoint毫无关系了，

而叫作slides

你可以选择新建一个空白的

在每一页的幻灯片里，

你需要添加内容，可以是文字、图片等等

步骤就是

go to the Insert tab 到插入选项卡

To add a text box

Place the cursor inside a text box, and then type something.

将光标放在文本框中，然后键入一些内容。

To add a picture in the Images section

在图片选项添加照片

Browse for the picture you want, select it, and then select Insert.

In the Illustrations section, select Shapes, Icons, 3D Models, SmartArt, or Chart.
