2025年3月28日,中國民用航空局(CAAC)向兩家EH216-S運營商(億航通航和合翼航空)頒發首批中國民用載人無人駕駛航空器運營合格證(OC)。 獲得認證后,兩家企業可在指定運營區域使用EH216-S開展載人商業飛行服務。 公司將分階段逐步擴大商業運營規模,包括從隔離空域向融合空域過渡、從空中遊覽向客運服務延伸、從試點區域向更多運營地點擴展、從受邀乘客向公眾開放服務。
國際市場持續拓展。
25年2月,EH216-S在西班牙貝尼多姆試飛; 25年3月:EH216-S在墨西哥首飛; 公司全球運營國家擴展至19個。
產品進展:
公司新一代遠程複合翼eVTOL——VT35(VT30升級版)正在申請中國適航認證,CAAC已受理其型號合格證申請; 首架VT35原型機已完成製造,正在進行適航驗證測試和全面飛行測試; 目前計劃於25Q3發佈。
產能進展:
雲浮生產基地,25Q1公司啟動雲浮生產基地擴建工程,工廠面積將擴大至48,000平方米(原規模兩倍),年產能計劃提升至1,000台(25年底前完成)。
合肥eVTOL生產基地:公司25年2月宣佈與江淮汽車、國先控股達成戰略合作,將在合肥共建現代化eVTOL生產基地,新工廠將採用自動化、標準化、規模化生產模式,以滿足市場需求增長。

EHang released unaudited 25Q1E results on 26 May:
· Top line: Revenue was RMB26.1m (USD3.6m) in 25Q1E, vs RMB61.7m a year ago.
· Bottom line: Non-GAAP net loss was RMB31.1m in Q1E, vs RMB10.1m a year ago; with gross margin at 62.4%, vs 61.9% a year ago.
2025E guidance:
The company maintains revenue guidance at RMB900m for the full year, up 97% yoy.

Commerce license:
EHang was one of two eVTOL EH216-S operators that obtained inaugural unmanned commercial aircraft certificates by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) on 28 March 2025. The operator certificate (OC) licenses EHang and Heyi Aviation (a JV between EHang and the Hefei Government) to run passenger-carrying commercial flights in the EH216 pilotless aircraft in designated areas. The EH216 is an eVTOL aircraft, which means electric vertical take-off and landing.
