When I first saw a panda, I thought it was so cute. I cannot remember how many pandas I've raised over the past 10 years. Some new colleagues and most tourists only see the cute side of the pandas. But panda are also wild animals, so they are undomesticated.

玩耍方式是用嘴咬、用手抓，所以很多饲养员在照顾熊猫时都会不同程度地被抓伤。这些团团虽顶着“萌物”的头衔，但和它们相处也十分不易呀。
First of all, panda don't play like humans. Basically, pandas bite and claw each other. But for humans, that's not acceptable. In fact, most of the other nannies have been scratched whild cuddling pandas——some of them quite seriously.
首先，熊猫玩耍的方式和人不同。通常它们是互相用嘴咬或用手抓。但对人来讲是受不了的。实际上，我很多同事在照顾熊猫时都被抓伤过——有些被抓的挺严重的。
