其中that指代the rights and causes，并且that在定语从句中作主语。
实际上，很多外媒在转述的时候都加上了that，比如
the Daily Post
有这样的句子：
According to her, she’s voting for the Vice President because she fights for the rights and causes
that
she (Taylor Swift) believes need a warrior to champion them.

在转述的时候也有这样的句子：
According to TMZ, the pop singer described Harris as a “steady-handed, gifted leader” who fights for the rights and causes
that
Swift believes need a “warrior to champion them.”
不过由于霉霉是在社交媒体上发帖，所以语法上会更加随意一点。这种定语从句省略that的情况在美国很多名人访谈中也出现过。如果是比较正式的场合（比如政府和商业文件），那么其中的that不能省略。
