Thank you for giving us the opportunity to comment on your recent article. We would like to share some information to clarify the statements made and make them technically correct, as follows:

We manufacture products in-house at our specialist facilities located around the world in USA, UK and China. We also have trusted manufacturing partners at various sites across the globe who manufacture products for Abcam to fulfil diversified researchers’ demands.

We test all our in-house antibodies as part of our QC process. For products sourced from our manufacturing partners, we have comparable QC standards in place that ensure that these products are tested at a similar level.

Besides proactively testing products on an ongoing basis, we also follow up on feedback from end-users, and review all user reviews that are submitted via our website. If issues arise, we will take immediate actions to check and correct it.
