Poet基金会：As with any open-source project, this is a possibility, but one of the key value drivers for Po.et is the network of publishers and content creators using Po.et. As more and more publishers adopt the project, the network effects of using Po.et become greater, making it harder for anyone to start a new project using the same idea.

Po.et tokens entitle the holder to a share of future revenue earned by the Po.et Foundation, the primary developer of commercial applications for the Po.et network. The Po.et Foundation will build smart contracts, applications, and marketplaces that leverage the media assets and information stored on the Po.et network. The Po.et Foundation will earn revenue from some of these applications such as licensing fees, and distribute a share of that revenue to all of the token holders.

Po.et's key value proposition is taking a proven, well-tested, and wide-ranging feature of blockchain technology and applying it specifically to the digital media industry. The idea for Po.et was originally developed at BTC Media, one of the largest media companies in the bitcoin/blockchain industry because this technology could solve problems faced by many of its publications, such as
Bitcoin Magazine
and
Distributed
. This message has resonated with other media companies, as Po.et has already on-boarded alpha partners and advisors representing both the blockchain and traditional media institutions. Po.et has a real product, that is integrated with multiple publications already, and the Po.et network already represents thousands of articles from different publishers.

This is something the Po.et team has thought a lot about - how to resolve conflicts on the network, especially around ownership or plagiarism. There are a couple ways to address this issue, including having "notaries" that validate new content added to Po.et and to also incorporate a reputation system to economically incentivize good behavior and penalize bad actors. There will also be a dispute resolution system to handle unforeseen conflicts.

Poet基金会：Code on GitHub - The Po.et team has only posted a fraction of the project's code publicly on GitHub, as the main repository is still being refactored in order to open-source it. However, the project has been in development for over 6 months, with 92,792 lines of code in the main repo spanning 1000 commits. The working version can be viewed on alpha.po.et .We plan to open-source the rest of the code before the token sale, to let programmers fully evaluate the project.

We can't comment on any specific exchanges right now but Po.et is reaching out to several major global exchanges about being listed.
