Main responsibility include:

• Selling properties instructed by the company to potential purchasers

• Convincing prospective clients for their purchases and handling their sales and agreements on the terms;

• Sending out details of new properties on the market to potential clients;

• Making appointments and showing purchasers properties;

• Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price;

• Liaising with solicitor, buyer and developer/vendor to secure a smooth transaction until its completion.

岗位要求

Skills Required:

• Fluent Mandarin and English speaker

• Background of property sales in London is preferred

• At least 1-year experience in sales or a similar role
