你依赖着别人的笑容，以为那便是温暖的阳光；你依赖着别人的赞许，以为那便是自我价值的体现。 你依赖着别人的陪伴，以为那便是不再孤独的良方。

然而，在这无尽的依赖中，却成为了孤岛上的奴隶，心灵的枷锁无形中将你紧紧束缚。一旦这些所依赖的对境发生变化，痛苦便如同乌云般袭来。

自由是从这份依赖中解脱出来，学会独立站立于世间。不依附于任何人的情绪与评判，不恐惧失去任何外在的支撑。唯有如此，你才能找到源自内心深处的宁静与满足，是一种不受外界干扰的自在与安详。
