This quadrennial conference, successfully held in Europe since 1970, has contributed to establishing electrostatics as a strong research field with many fundamental and applied implications.

The aim of the Electrostatics 2025 Conference is to be a general conference in the field of electrostatics, bringing together experts from universities, research laboratories, testing institutes, and industry. Several plenary lectures will present the mainstream of research. The structure of the conference contributes to establishing a unique interdisciplinary atmosphere of discussion on electrostatic phenomena and their industrial applications. Its wide scope includes the communication of research on fundamentals, applications, measuring techniques, standards, and a large array of related topics. Thus, it is an excellent opportunity for researchers and users working in a wide range of scientific and technical areas where electrostatics is a real practical concern and intellectual challenge, to review progress and discuss future trends.
