当地时间12月6日，由三花墨西哥平台组织的培训道场活动（第二期）走进了三花ATI蒙特雷工厂。由三花汽零、三花微通道、先途电子、福尔达代表组成的团队赴三花ATI交流学习， 深入了解了面向蓝领员工的培训发展流程。 ATI运营副总王永峰、HR经理Juan Santos及其团队与参访团队开展 了一场实用且生动的交流，让参访的各个业务单元成员都收获了可应用的实用工 具和见解。

On December 6th Mexico time. Representatives from the SMM, SAM, Leaderway, and Fuerda business units, with the organization of SMSMP, participated in this insightful experience to a visit to ATI Monterrey, which provided an in-depth look into its innovative training program for Blue Collar employees. Special recognition goes to ATI Deputy GM Tony Wang, HR Manager Juan Santos and their team member for delivering a practical and dynamic session that encouraged active participation. The tools and insights gained during the visit are expected to inspire improvements across various business units.
