During the scuffle, the woman in the checkered shirt pushed the woman holding the child, with her hand briefly touching the child’s head.

According to netizens, this incident occurred at the Disney “Zootopia” area.

On June 1, 2025, a spokesperson from the Shanghai Disneyland Resort confirmed that the altercation indeed took place at the “Zootopia” area on the afternoon of May 31.

The conflict arose when the child entered the photo frame of the couple’s shot, causing some friction when the couple attempted to communicate with the child’s parents. This led to a physical confrontation, with minor scrapes and strains but no injuries to the child.

Both parties are currently under investigation.
