职位描述：

1. Attend department and project meetings with GM and prepare meeting minutes after the meeting
   

2. Help GM to follow up the action items for GM assigned tasks or projects

3. Help GM to coordinate and facilitate the communications and resources among different departments of CGB as well as within Chempartner group

4. Follow up communications with current and potential business clients and help GM to move projects and deals forward
