CNN甚至怀疑这到底是特朗普的本意，还是 这个政治菜鸟 犯的低级错误……

It has prompted questions over whether Trump intends a shift in US policy, or if this was a blunder by a team with limited experience of international affairs.

人们质疑这到底是特朗普打算改变美国对华政策，还是这个没有多少外交经验的团队犯的一个大错。

对此，中国外交部长王毅表示，这只是台湾方面搞的一个小动作（a shenanigan by the Taiwan side），不可能改变国际社会已经形成的一个中国格局。

白宫急忙打圆场，表态说美国坚持一个中国政策。

Ned Price, a spokesman for the US National Security Council, said "there is no change to our longstanding policy on cross-Straits issues."

白宫国家安全委员会发言人内德·普赖斯表示，“我们长久坚持的台海政策没有改变”。

"We remain firmly committed to our 'one China' policy based on the three Joint Communiques," he said. "Our fundamental interest is in peaceful and stable cross-Straits relations."

他说：“美国信守基于中美三个联合公报的一个中国政策，和平与稳定的台海关系符合美国的根本利益。”
