Recruit, motivate and train department staffs and maintain a high quality in service & shipment datawhen deemed necessary.

Cooperate with sales/pricing team, timely understanding of shipping market dynamic, reasonable distribution of space.

Proposal to management with cost reduction opportunities, initiate “product” improvements and “product” innovations.

Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates, handle,monitor and follow-up sales leads generated by the Dachser Group of companies and its affiliates.

Develop and maintain good relationship with internal/external customer.

Provide the management with accurate reports as per requirement on a regular basis.

Cooperate with related departments within the operation system research and development.

Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the Management of the company or other sources.

Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness.

Any others additional task and duties required by Superior.
