Cell Discovery has been selected for coverage in Clarivate Analytics products and services. Beginning with V. 1 (1) 2015, this publication will be indexed and abstracted in: Science Citation Index Expanded (also known as SciSearch®), Journal Citation Reports/Science Edition, Biological Abstracts, and BIOSIS Previews.

This means that the journal will receive its first Impact Factor next June.

Cell Discovery is a new fully open access international journal that publishes results of significance and originality in all areas of molecular and cellbiology. Cell Discovery is established in 2015 as a sister journal of Cell Research , a high profile international journal with a current impact of 15.606.

Cell Discovery (www.nature.com/celldisc), published by Springer Nature in partnership with the Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences (SIBS),Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), aims to provide an open access platform for scientists to publish their high quality works. The basic bar of acceptance is comparable to prestigious society journals in the respective field of the work.

Cell Discovery now is indexed in SCIE, Scopus, PubMed Central (PMC) and Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
