1  耶和华晓谕摩西说，

The Lord said to Moses:

2  你要用银子作两枝号，都要锤出来的，用以招聚会众，并叫众营起行。

'Make two trumpets of hammered silver, and use them for calling the community together and for having the camps set out.

3  吹这号的时候，全会众要到你那里，聚集在会幕门口。

When both are sounded, the whole community is to assemble before you at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.

4  若单吹一枝，众首领，就是以色列军中的统领，要聚集到你那里。

If only one is sounded, the leaders-the heads of the clans of Israel-are to assemble before you.

5  吹出大声的时候，东边安的营都要起行。

When a trumpet blast is sounded, the tribes camping on the east are to set out.

6  二次吹出大声的时候，南边安的营都要起行。他们将起行，必吹出大声。

At the sounding of a second blast, the camps on the south are to set out. The blast will be the signal for setting out.
