2008年，鲍勃·迪伦邀请保罗·罗杰斯把这首歌变成了绘本，《Forever Young》的歌词搭配着图画，一个励志而又动人的故事慢慢的叙述出来：
一个街头音乐节把一把吉他送给了小男孩
男孩学会了弹吉他，并且和自己的朋友们组成了自己的乐队。
他们一起旅行、聚会，拯救星球，阻止战争。
故事到结尾，小男孩成为了一个大人，又把吉他送给了另一个小女孩，希望她能带着初心，坚持正义，用于冒险。
这本绘本还被制作成了视频
说实话，当我读完整本绘本的时候，我真的非常感动，作为父母，我们对孩子的祝福其实就是这么的简单而朴素，希望他们
保持纯真，永远正直，善良、坚强、勇敢、开心，实现所有的梦想，心向光明
。
我想美好的品质都会在年轻的血液里流淌一样，当这个长大的小男孩把吉他送给小女孩的时候，也罢正直和勇敢的赤子之心，传承给了孩子，希望她能永远正直、善良、坚持真理，永远年轻。
