have the power to let go of what no longer serves us. Consider keeping a gratitude journal to lift your spirit, or call a friend when you need support. Lean on those who build you up, even on a
weekday
or
weekend
.
If conflicts arise,
welcome
open communication. Listen first, then speak your truth gently. Seek to understand others before asking to be understood. With compassion for all,
we
can resolve issues fair and square – no easy feat when egos and emotions run high! But for the health of relationships that
weather
lifelong, the effort is well worth it.
And remember self-care, dear one. Don’t
waste
this precious life comparing yourself to others. You are wonderfully made – embrace what makes you unique!
